KakoPicks helps you discover and compare products and available QC photos. We do not sell, manufacture, stock or ship the listed products, take product payments or act as the seller. A purchase, agent service, delivery, return or refund is governed by your agreement with the relevant external provider.

Affiliate links

Some shopping or registration links contain referral identifiers. KakoPicks may earn a commission or receive another benefit when you use them. An affiliate relationship does not make KakoPicks the seller or guarantee a better price, service quality or product availability. Check the final conditions on the destination website.

Prices, descriptions and scores

Prices, stock, coupons, shipping estimates, descriptions and currency conversions can change or be incomplete. The external seller or agent determines the final price, fees and purchase conditions.

Site scores may be assigned automatically or edited internally. They are not verified customer reviews, independent tests or authenticity certificates. Rankings, suggested products and image-search matches are discovery aids, not guarantees.

What QC photos can tell you

QC photos show examples obtained from available sources for a product link. A listing may have several colors, sizes, batches or styles, and a photo may not represent your selected option or the item you will receive. Photo counts reflect available processed images.

We do not physically inspect each item. Images do not establish authenticity, legal ownership of a brand, safety, quality or customs eligibility. Ask your chosen seller or agent for the inspection and information relevant to your order.

External services and purchases

Agents, marketplaces, sellers, shipping providers and community platforms operate independently. Check their terms, identity, privacy policies, restrictions and dispute procedures before sharing information or paying. You are responsible for checking the rules that apply to your purchase and destination, including import duties and product restrictions.

Responsible use

Do not use KakoPicks to break the law, infringe rights, impersonate others, distribute harmful material, interfere with the service, evade access controls or overload its tools. Submit only content and images you have the right to use. Keep administrator credentials private and report suspected misuse.

We may limit abusive requests, remove problematic listings or restrict access when reasonably needed to protect the service or comply with applicable obligations.

Names, images and content

Brand names and third-party images remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance identifies a listing and does not imply endorsement, authorization or affiliation with that brand. An external listing is not proof of authenticity or permission to use intellectual property.

If you believe content infringes your rights or is inaccurate, email the page URL, identify the material and explain your concern with supporting information. We will review the report and take appropriate action.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the catalog useful, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, complete information or particular results from external products or services. To the extent allowed by applicable law, KakoPicks is not responsible for losses caused by independent sellers or agents, inaccurate third-party information or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights or prevents you from using remedies provided by applicable law.
